"Saladin”, is a set of integrated services for Arabic Gulf countries and it consists of a really impressive set of scenarios (rational and irrational) in the areas of military, security, healthcare, training and financial. All scenarios have been customized to meet specific needs of Arabic Gulf countries and GCC objectives.
The main purpose of this set of services is to provide a unique philosophy in training, operational planning and crisis response for the Arabic Gulf countries in order to introduce them as major players in the international community. Taking in serious consideration the traditional Arabic tactics and the uniqueness of culture, Saladin is offering a full set of services in training via simulation for both military and civilian and also an operational planning software that can be customized in Arabic language.
~ Operational Planning Support Tool (OPST):
Based in MSETT's international partner, Artifex and its Operational Planning and Exercise Management Tool, OPST is an innovative solution for achieving two main targets.
~ Exercise Planning, Organizing & Supporting:
Based on the unique MSETT's methodology for Computer Assisted Exercises, this service has been tailored to meet the needs of Arabic Gulf countries and GCC.
~ Training System & On Line training platform:
MSETT's target is to improve the training conditions of each client, to set training targets and describe how these targets will be achieved through a systematic work.
~ Strategic Analysis:
Dr Marincic is MSETT's international partner in this area and his skills and knowledge led him for many years to be a NATO/Joint Warfare Centre scenario builder and strategic analyst.
~ Multilevel – Multi-service Simulation:
MSETT is capable of using a significant number of constructive simulation models, providing secure tools for training, evaluation of operational planning and experimentation.
Step 1, comes after the client's declaration of interest in Saladin by completing the form S101. In this step the client is describing the type of services that is requesting, the time that he needs to conclude the project, his operational planning needs and the special conditions that he may has, by completing form S102. On the other hand, both the client officials and MSETT experts are completing the form S103 where they describe the scenarios entities, training, operational and simulation objectives and all necessary details of the project. Finally, client's officials and MSETT directors are completing form S104 for setting up the full timetable of the project.
Step 2, describes the geostrategic environment, internal characteristics, special conditions and limitations of the client (completing form S201).
Step 3, includes strategic analysis, scenario building, exercises preparation, organization and execution and collecting simulation results and After Action Reviews. Lessons Learned (forms S301 - 306) are produced which are used for operational planning optimization, personnel and procedures evaluation and crisis response system development.
Step 4, is the final set of services where the client is receiving a detailed plan and tailor made solutions that describe efficiently how he can achieve the pre set objectives of the projects. This results comes after a common working procedure between MSETT's analysis and operational planning team and client's officials and decision makers.
